Creator- Preeti Singh

Officially Mom of two but mother figure to so many people. Preeti has always opened her heart and kitchen to everyone. Her loving personality makes everyone want to spend time with her. Preeti always had people over at her house and she made sure no one ever left hungry. She fed them with love and compassion. Preeti got married young and learned how to manage the kitchen and take care of her family "on the job". Without anything written down her dishes come out exactly the same every time and leave her guests in complete awe. Grandmother of 3 boys now she still rocks in kitchen and makes every meal. She is a drinking buddy to many and enjoys her red wine and tequila.

Chef- Dushyant Singh

A culinary veteran of more than 17 years, Dushyant Singh was born and raised in New Delhi, before leaving his native land at the age of 19 for the U.S. where he continued his education at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. His desire to learn and enjoy sunshine brought him to Arizona where he enhanced his skills at Hyatt Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale and at Kai at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa.

Bringing a worldly perspective to his cuisine, Chef Singh has garnered experience and recognition from a slew of notable establishments across the country including Ritz-Carlton Naples, Paris Las Vegas, Westin Chicago River North and The Camby Autograph Collection, where he was nominated for "Best upcoming Chef " by the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame.

Most recently, Chef Singh is serving as Executive Chef at Andaz . When not in the kitchen, Chef Singh enjoys being outdoors and exploring, hiking, playing tennis, cooking with his mom and playing with his 6-year-old son.

Web developer- Parth Gupta

Parth Gupta is a born entrepreneur. At age on 9 he created and launched his travel company CityFly booking. He surprised his Uncle Dushyant by securing the domain name for MeatWala and built the website for his birthday. Parth is a talented musician and had played piano at Carnegie hall in New York. He loves swimming, building stuff and burgers.
